For over 12 years, Dan has been practicing exclusively in the areas of:

• Business Law
• Franchise
• Trademarks
• Immigration, and,
• Estate Planning.

He was a Super Lawyer’s Rising Star in 2015 and 2016 and has served as a professor of law. He serves on the board of the Vietnamese American Chamber of Commerce and speaks to various groups on business, estate planning, trademarks, and continuing education for attorneys.

He has published articles in The Los Angeles Daily Journal, Orange County Lawyer, American Bar Association GP Solo Magazine, and American Express Open Forum, and will publish his first book “Don’t Sue Me: What Business Owners Should Know About Hiring, Firing, and Keeping Employees” in February 2018.
