USCIS is proposing a fee increase for many of its applications. Though we do not know the exact date these new fees will be in effect but based on past experience, it will be before the end of the year.
Here is a list of the most common forms and the proposed fee increase. Please note that the fees listed here are the based fees and do not include the biometrics fee which has not changed. So, add $85 to each base fee to total the complete fee.
